SubTZ Substation Relocation
Detailed design and engineering services for the replacement of power transformers and complete substation reconfiguration, including electrical, civil, and site integration works. The project delivered enhanced reliability, safety and was completed on time and budget.

RPC Project Integration

Knox Control Panel Fabrication
Design, fabrication, and wiring of a new stainless steel outdoor control panel for the stormwater harvesting system, including power distribution, PLC control integration, and field connection points. The project increased automation, improved maintainability, and was completed on schedule.

HEX Panel Fabrication
Design, fabrication, and wiring of a new stainless steel outdoor distribution board for the new RPC upgrades and heat exchangers, including arc flash and protection studies. The project strengthened electrical safety, improved system resilience, and was completed ahead of schedule.

ANSOL Capability Project
Engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site installation services for the ANSOL Capability Project, covering both structural steel and pipe work. Works included approximately 20 tonnes of structural steel for stairs, ladders, pipe racks, and platforms, as well as 1,700m of stainless steel piping.

Steam Line Piping Relocation
Engineering, fabrication, and installation services for the relocation of steam and trade waste lines as part of system reconfiguration works. The project involved rerouting services from the southern to the northern section of the site, requiring a controlled shutdown of boiler pump and steam systems.

Water System Piping and Platform Design
Provided full piping design for hot and chilled water systems using stainless steel, including P&IDs, 3D modelling, isometric drawings, and datasheets. Leveraged 3D scanning for clash-free brownfield integration and designed structural supports and platforms to meet operational and maintenance requirements.
